After suffering from various beauty ailments (acne, hair loss and aging skin) I came to the conclusion that beauty is a reflection of our inner health, and the only way to really solve beauty issues is to heal and balance the body from the inside out Consequently, I went back to school to become a Naturopathic Doctor and I have spent the last 12 years helping women become the most beautiful versions of themselves – from the inside out.
